Return Policy

Please contact us if you would like to make a return.  You may return most new, unopened items within 4 weeks of delivery.  Since we are a wholesale website, we do have a 10% restocking fee. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of sending your package back to our warehouse, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.  This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your package (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days) and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). If the product is damaged in transit to you, the restocking fee is waived when returning a product.  The restocking fee is necessary because of our flat rate shipping option.  Return shipping cost is the sole responsibility of the customer.

Order Discrepancies

We do our best to fill orders correctly and to make sure that they are double checked for accuracy before shipping from our warehouse. Despite our most diligent efforts, we are human and do make mistakes on occasion. Please check your order for discrepancies or damages as soon as possible upon receipt. We do require that all defects, damages or discrepancies are reported within 7 days of having received your package. We are happy to do what it takes to make any errors up to you, our most valued customers.

Cancellation Policy

We will cancel any order upon customer’s request as long as the order has not been shipped.  After the order has been shipped it is the customer’s responsibility to refuse the package or pay to have the goods returned to our warehouse.
